Booking & Payment
How do I book The Gaming Truck?
You can book online via our website, call us directly, or email us with your preferred date, time, and location. We recommend booking early to secure your desired slot, especially for weekends and holidays.
How much does it cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards and cash payments. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further details.

How many people can the gaming van accommodate?
Our van can comfortably host up to 10 gamers simultaneously, depending on age and game selection. If you have a larger group, we can suggest ways to organise your session so everyone gets a chance to play.
What consoles and games are available?
The Gaming Truck features the latest PlayStation and xbox consoles, along with a wide variety of popular multiplayer and single-player games. If you have a favourite game, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to include it.
Do you provide staff to supervise?
Yes, our experienced staff will be present during the booking to help set up, supervise the session, and ensure everyone enjoys their time safely.
Do I need to provide anything?
No, we bring everything needed for a fantastic gaming session - consoles, games, screens, controllers, and seating. All you need to provide is space for our van to park and access to a suitable power supply within 50 metres of the truck. The gaming truck is equipped is equipped with state-of-the-art mifi however in the event of signal outages we may need to use your Internet supply
Is the gaming van suitable for all ages?
We welcome gamers of all ages. However, some games have age restrictions, and we always tailor the selection to suit the group. Please let us know if you have specific age requirements.
Can food and drink be brought into the van?
For safety and to keep our equipment in top condition, we ask that food and drinks remain outside the van. Feel free to set up refreshments nearby for your guests.

What happens if there is bad weather?
Our gaming van is fully equipped for all weather conditions, so your event can go ahead come rain or shine. If severe weather prevents us from reaching your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date or offer a refund.
How much space does the gaming van need
The gaming truck requires 8 metres of space on flat ground. It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure that the required space is free and available for us to use on arrival.
